NEW ON OUR RENTAL PROGRAM – Torch Tranquility – Weekly rental – Saturday to SaturdayThis spacious sprawling ranch on the East side of Torch Lake. The perfect rental for the family getaway. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Torch Lake from the huge outdoor deck. Kids can have fun playing in the large waterside yard. The home offers an updated kitchen, open floor plan, updated bathrooms & 3 large bedrooms on the main floor. The finished lower level boasts a family room, 2 large bedrooms & 1 bath. Bring your boat. There is a dock & a mooring anchor. The location of this house is close to the marinas, Dockside, Clam Lake, the quaint towns of Alden & Bellaire.Torch Lake which is the 3rd most beautiful lake in the world so says National Geographic Magazine. It is 19 miles long and 2 miles wide. As part of the Chain of Lakes you can boat from one lake to another and never run out of things to see. You are also about 30 minutes drive to Traverse City, less than that to the Traverse City Horse Shows, and about 1 hour drive to other great and interesting areas such as Charlevoix, Leelanau Peninsula and Petoskey. And, don’t forget also about spending a day at the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes or Mackinac Island. There is so much to do and see here in Northern Michigan. (it is possible some of the furnishings may be a little different) Air conditioning on main level of home only. (not in the lower level)Sorry, NO SMOKING/VAPING1 dog ok’d if approved by owner & pet fee.We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.
