Newly renovated living room space with electric fireplace.The spaceSitting on the River’s Edge this luxurious private home features a master suite with private patio, natural rock wall in bedroom and in-room double spa. It also has a second master suite with in-room bathroom featuring a double spa. Additional features include a living room, sitting room and second patio with outdoor BBQ providing room to stretch out. The full kitchen and dining room provide ample space for an extended stay. Two king suites with in-room spa, a double queen room and a children’s attic room with four single beds, all with cable TVs, complete this special retreat. Newly installed outdoor shower surrounded by the Merced River and tranquil settings.Other things to noteAll fireworks, including “safe and sane,” are illegal in Mariposa County. Anyone caught with fireworks will be cited and fireworks confiscated. Violation of fireworks results in serious charges.We allow pets for an additional charge:$75 flat feeIf any damages are incurred during the stay we will request additional payment
