Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and show government issued Identification with picture and birthdate prior to check-in.2. Primary renter must sign a rental agreement.3. All guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations form.4. No more than 6 total guests are allowed to occupy the home overnight with up to 4 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.5. No more than 3 cars are allowed to be parked at the house overnight.6. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.7. Strict outdoor noise policy. Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is prohibited 24 hours per day and shall not be audible at the property line. Violation of this rule resulting in Vacation Rental Compliance officers being called to the property will result in immediate eviction of the guests from the property (without refund), citation, and a substantial fine.These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.Interaction with Guests:We are available as often as needed and employ on the ground resources including cleaners and maintenance personnel, but are remote property managers.
