NEW Spring Break Discount-Large updated & renovated, Families welcome!Beside the lake & across from the beach, this property is updated, modern, comfy, cozy and with a resort that offers 5 pools, two hot tubs, full gym & ;places to eat below; the location cannot be beat as it is in the center of everything!This gorgeous unit offers a large master suite with queen bed, master ensuite bathroom, and is quietly situated on the end of the unit – Sure to please as it is also very near the elevators! 3rd floor, this spot is perfect for those who are a little scared of heights and want to skip any waiting at the elevators.Bunk Nook: adding privacy with sliding doors, ensuite bathroom off of hallway, full bath we leave plenty of towels and wash cloths for all of your guests.Pull Out sofa / Living area: This 1100 square foot condo has a pull out sofa with blackout curtains on the balcony doors to ensure darkness during sleep.Toys & Games: We don’t just add a few games, take a look at the photos, we cover kids of all ages to make sure your infant, toddler & school-age child is kept busy and happy while you vacation with us! We understand as parents ourselves the value of a fun new toy and the busyness that comes, with relaxation for our parents to follow.In-room recommendations: We don’t leave our guests stranded wandering what to do once here. Once booked, you will receive recommendations for things to book & plan to do nearby in the area that our past guests are always happy with! Speaking of relaxing, take comfort in knowing we are here to help you plan your entire stay, knowing where the locals go to maximize the fun & memories made on your trip in Panama City Beach, Florida.Early Check-In: We try to reach out to guests ahead of time, as we offer early check-in at 10AM morning of your stay for $75. Late Check-out is also -sometimes-available depending on schedule, other guest check-ins, cleaner schedule & season. Reach out if you would like to arrange late check-out. We charge $30 / hour for each additional hour past 10AM.Door Code: You will get a door code 24-48 hours in advance that is personal to you and easy to remember! This will help make this one of the best experiences on vacation you can remember. Simple, easy & easy for your guests staying with you!Simple Checkout List: We never want out guests to feel like they are doing chores while on vacation. We simply ask 3 things, turn on dishwasher (tabs provided), put towels in tub & remove trash (trash shoot around the corner).COMMUNICATION: You will quickly realize booking with us will come with plenty of reminders, simple instructions, parking directions, recommendations & personable service.We want you to feel welcomed from the moment you book & make it our mission for your trip to be planned and lived out seamlessly with details sent to you at each step of your trip.
