Fairbanks Haven is a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in a beautiful, private setting, surrounded by tall pine trees and accommodating up to thirteen guests. A spacious open floor plan and vaulted ceilings combine the best of modern design with the feel of a classic Vermont home. The Home is centrally air-conditioned. Outdoor amenities include Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a gas grill, a hammock, and sleds for kids in the winter.In addition to the living room, dining area and chef’s kitchen, the main level features the master king bedroom with large en-suite suite bath and a second en-suite king bedroom. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs. The first is a large en-suite king. The other two share a hall bath and work well for kids. One has two twin beds; the other has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over double bunk. The home has two televisions, a 30″ TV in that tucks away in the cabinet in main level living room, and a 50″ TV in the upstairs bunk room. The house is perfect for two families.This home is a member of the Quechee Club, which has two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), groomed for Nordic cross-country skiing in the winter. Quechee also offers tennis, paddle, its own ski area and multiple venues for swimming, hiking and fishing. The Club House has multiple dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Optional packages to access the Quechee Club’s amenities are available. Quechee is centrally located between the beautiful towns of Woodstock, Vermont and Hanover, New Hampshire, the home of Dartmouth College. These towns combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with cultural sophistication, with galleries, unique shops, museums and excellent dining experiences available. Killington and Okemo are approximately a 30-45 minute drive from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, mountain coasters and other year-round activities.
