In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and more are less than a half hour drive. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.Other things to Note:* Use of the BBQ is not available to rental guests.* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports.
