Looking left and right from our balcony all you see is Marco Beach – and of course don’t forget the stunning sunsets over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!We recently finished our phase 2 remodel (September, 2021) – the kitchen was gutted and redone – ceilings raised, all new cabinets, full size washer dryer, all new appliances, window coverings, furniture, electronics, all new hi-def/smart tv’s!Watch the dolphins swim by everyday with your morning coffee or happy hour! Newly remodeled w/ phase one including all new flooring, furniture/beds, wall and window coverings! Fully equipped with all amenities – including 2 bikes, beach chairs/loungers/toys, tennis rackets, beach wagon, coolers, umbrellas, in unit full size washer/dryer, etc.Please note that since this is a new rental listing on VRBO, we only have 20 reviews as of this writing (all 5 Star). If you’d like to see how we handle our rentals and see how other travelers have rated us, please look at property 976726 (our other unit in the Somerset – unit 414 – which is a 3br/3ba). We have over 80 reviews for that unit!Pictures have been updated thru phase 2 of our remodeling – phase 1 included all new flooring, window coverings, furniture, appliances and TVs (all smart tv’s and a 65″ in the living room). Phase 2, which is totally gutting and updating our kitchen was completed in September, 2021. Included in this phase was adding full size washer/dryer, all new cabinets and countertops, all new appliances and flooring. Pictures have been updated.Our condo association allows 5 in all of our 2br units (please see our other units 413 and 414 – property id 3402702 and 976726 if your group is larger than 5 – they are 2br and 3br units which are allowed 5 or 7). Our master br has a king size bed and the 2nd br has 2 full size beds. We also have a Queen size high quality air mattress and battery powered air pump.Please also note that our condo association requires a $150 application for each rental. The owner will provide the link for this fee to be paid by the guest on a separate website after booking. Prior practice was to include this as part of the VRBO booking process, but our association just changed this effective September, 2021.Please note that our association requires a 5 day advance notice for bookings.
