Here you can also count on a charming decorative fireplace, and there is a fun built-in bookcase with books and games to enjoy.Further into this floor is the family`s dining and bar room. There is also one Minut noise sensor on the inside in the downstairs hall, which only records decibel levels; it does not record video or audio.Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed on the premises.Home access is via code typed on door keypad.**Parking Included:To make parking at North Historic District also a breeze, we provide a parking card to be used at State Street Parking Garage during the length of the stay. There is no assigned space in the garage, and parking is upon their availability. State Street Parking Garage is conveniently located only two minutes walk from the Lyons House, and with the parking card we provide, you can have unlimited access to park one (1) vehicle during your stay.**Guest is required to sign the rental agreement.A security deposit of $300 will be put on hold during the length of the stay.A $150 fee will be charged if the parking card is lost.Outside quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.Baby crib and high chair are available without additional fee, but must be requested at reservation.
