Walk into the front door, and you will be greeted with a bright and spacious living room that also contains a wet bar. There are two guest rooms on the first floor with a large guest bath. The laundry room is also located on this floor.Move to the second floor where there is a larger living area along with dining and a full kitchen to prepare your family meals. The second floor also has two bedrooms, one with an en suite and a guest bathroom for the second bedroom. Each room has its own TV, and the house comes equipped with Wi-Fi. The second floor also has a balcony to sit back and relax after a long day of fun. Or better yet, relax in your own private swimming pool (heated at your request during cooler times)There’s also a covered lanai to take in the island breezes with a cocktail or book, or use it as a gathering spot for family and friends for game night and barbeques.
