This property boasts 4 bed/4 bath, main house is 3,000 sq ft with an attached 1,000 sq ft pool house/bar. 15 min to Disneyland/Knotts, 20 min to SNA/40 to LAX.Treat the family to a relaxing get a way complete with fully equipped complete kitchen for the chief in you, take a dip in the pool, or just chill out on a lounge chairs in the sun and just decompress.The living room is full of open space, oversized windows surround the room. If you are not constantly enjoying the view there is a 75 inch TV with access to streaming TV, Netflix, Prime Video etc. Huge fireplace.The kitchen has everything a chef would need to pull off any meal. Guest have use of all condiments/salad dressing in fridge, spices/seasoning, oils, pots and pans etc.There are three bedrooms upstairs with the massive master bedroom having the amazing views. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom.Main level bedroom. Newly remodeled bathroom/shower on main level.There is direct access from house to pool house/bar on bottom level. 50 inch TV, darts, large jenga, ping pong table.Backyard has plenty of outdoor seating. 80 inch TV. BBQ hooked up to house gas, wood burning pizza oven.The entire house except the trampoline which is outside the locked gate in backyard. There is one attached garage space available. Each room has a closet designated for the guests, some may be locked with personal items. Can easily fit 3 cars in driveway, no street parking (city ordinance).The gardener and pool guy services the house Thursday AM. Trash comes Monday am. Please take trash cans (black) and recycle (green) to the street Sunday night.
