Enjoy the warm, ocean air breezes and great views from Nantucket Sound on your oversized deck! Only a .2 mile walk to Thatcher Beach.On the lower level of the home, you have two bedrooms and a full bathroom (shower only, no tub). Mini split ac’s located in each bedroom and hallway. One bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the other has two twins.The upper level offers ocean views, seen from both the upstairs bedroom with mini split ac(Queen bed) and living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, with wrap around peninsula for additional sitting. The kitchen, dining and family room have an open-concept, allowing family to entertain and spend quality time together. There is an additional mini split air conditioning unit in the living room.Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, dishwasher, washer/dryer and wifi.If you rent kayaks, there is an easy access point to put in on Parkers River, just 2 minutes away from the home.Home is walking distance (0.5 miles or less) to Parker’s River Beach, Seaview Beach, Thatcher Beach and The Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House.*For larger groups, you can rent the home next door, 222 Pawkannawkut Dr. This would sleep a total of 16!Please note: Cable TV in living room, streaming services only in bedrooms.Bedroom 1: Queen (upstairs)Bedroom 2: Queen (main level)Bedroom 3: 2 Twins (main level)Maximum occupancy: 6Maximum vehicles: 4Square footage: 1700Linens and towels may be provided to guests through a third party.
