C-1 is a gorgeously appointed island rental in the small beach-front community of Breakers West. This top floor unit offers great views of the garden and pool deck, new flooring, new appliances, and beach-chic furnishings. Breakers west is a short walk to the beach, has a community pool, and a rooftop deck. Enough space for the whole family, the kitchen which is fully stocked with all of your cooking basics and is open to the dining room and living room. A writing desk with USB charging ports is here for any and all projects on the go. The dining room seats 4 and opens up to the living room, which is situated off of the lanai for the best view of the pool and landscaped grounds. The living room has a comfortable couch and a large smart tv for all of your streaming preferences. The master has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a smart tv and a large walk in closet. The guest room has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, a smart tv and copious closet space. A laundry room with a full washer and dryer is located within the unit. Here, you are a short bike ride from the wonderful shopping and restaurants Sanibel Island has to offer. We include a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler for your enjoyment.**Elevator is not working no estimates on when it will be repaired****Please note there is only one parking spot per unit**All our properties have contact free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!
