We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches, and doorknobs, etc… All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.Welcome to the Made in The Shade, located in Holmes Beach, this tropical paradise features two well-appointed and comfortable one-bedroom units. Each unit is fully equipped and tastefully furnished with a king size bed in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room. These units can be rented together or separately. Both units feature a private patio area and a gas grill for your use. Made In the Shade is just steps to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and just a short walk to the trolley stop.Unit B sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.There is a free laundry room onsite for your use.Parking is limited to one vehicle.Made in the Shade is a one week minimum rental.Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
