This gracious porch features a brand-new outdoor kitchen with a Thermador® hood and exhaust fan, custom cabinetry, a new gas grill, and custom countertop and backsplash.Custom wainscoting and a coffered ceiling with shiplap inlay enhance the first-floor master suite, which has direct access to a rear covered porch. It features a king bed and television. Decorated in warm hues reflective of the marshlands, the master bath offers dual vanities, a walk-in curbless shower, soaking tub, and marble flooring.The highlight of the upper level is a stunning media room. A high-quality, queen-sized sofa bed in the room allows for added sleeping room. The room has direct access to a large deck overlooking the marsh.Also on the upper level are three guest suites. The first has a single queen bed, a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with steam shower. The second suite has two queen beds, an en suite bathroom with shower/bath and French doors that open onto a spectacular partially covered porch with views of the marsh and summer sunsets.
