Perfect for fishing right in your own backyard as well as easy access to East Matagorda Bay via boat and Sargent Beach is just a short drive away. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 Kings, as well as a twin. Walk in showers in both bathrooms. There is plenty of room to BBQ and relax in the fenced in back yard. Canoeing is encouraged and one is provided for your enjoyment, but please bring your own life jackets and fishing poles!
