A Roku device is available as well.The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking supplies and ingredients, and equipped with modern appliances including a freezer with an ice maker.A Washer/Dryer with laundry supplies are available in the unit.Beach/Pool towels, portable beach chairs, beach umbrella, a boogie board, and ice coolers are provided for your use.The condo has central air conditioning.The condo is part of an intimate 15 unit boutique condo complex.Guests will have full access to the building’s common areas including:- The oceanfront pool and picnic tables- Charcoal barbecue (charcoal and utensils provided in the unit)- A small sandy beach–shared just with residents and guests of our building.The unit is located on the top floor (3rd floor). The building does have an elevator, though 5 steps are required to get to the elevator from the parking lot.You will have a reserved covered parking spot, located steps from the building entrance.Other things to note:The second bedroom can get road noise from Ali’i Drive. Noise dampening curtains are installed and a white noise machine is available to use as well.The unit itself is recently updated, but the condo building is older (1979) and the age does show in some of the common areas, such as the elevator.There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door which monitors the front entrance to the condo.
