(No cats) $100 Pet fee required to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean up service.****Pool is heated and is $50 per day to heat the pool. Please contact host at least 2 days in advance to coordinate and confirm payment.
