Description

Nestled high on the bank of the Beautiful Elk River, there lies a 1,500 sq. ft. Hobbit Retreat carved into the hillside amid the Poplar trees. Enjoy spectacular views of the Elk River and be mesmerized by the white noise as it cascades over the bus-size boulders below the house. You can almost fish for the fabled rainbow trout from the living room or either bedroom, but there are plenty of good spots on the bank below. When the fair winds blow enjoy a real fireplace inside or on the covered outdoor living area, complete with a built-in gas grill, sink and 50″ TV. Both bedrooms and foyer have 50″ Samsung smart TVs and the living room’s is 65″. The play loft has a 40″ Samsung smart TV with a PS4. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a banquet: a gourmet Zline range, double door fridge, wine (or beer) fridge, slow cooker, presto pot, toaster oven, programable coffee maker, and all the dishes. Or choose to cook outside on the built-in Bull-Stallion gas grill.
