If you have guests visiting, they are free to park anywhere from directly in front of the leasing office to the fire pit.LEASE VIOLATIONSIf we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, excess trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.KEYSIf a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there is a $50 fee to replace it.TRASHTrash can be placed outside your door for removal Sunday-Thursday evenings between 6PM-8PM.Trash Fairies will remove up to 2 bags and 2 broken down boxes (no more) from your door.Any bags left outside for Trash Fairies, must be left in the respective “Trash Fairies” can.PARTIESThere is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, damage the unit, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported during your initial booking, you are violating these set rules, and will be fined $200.FURNISHINGSPlease do not rearrange the furniture.CLEANINGOur cleaning fee is based on the courteous guests who keep the space respectable and tidy. To accommodate the busy schedule of our housekeepers, we ask our guests to leave CLEAN towels in the dryer as they move on. If housekeeping discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $75.This apartment complex requires guests to complete a criminal background check in order to stay at this property.
