The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level. The third bedroom is in the detached casita with disappearing walls of glass which when open beautifully blurs the line between indoor and outdoor worlds. Fast WiFi blankets the entire property, including the Casita where a desk and chair sit below the large smart TV, creating an ideal place to conduct those Zoom calls.
