The beautiful location right on a small lake in the middle of wild nature invites you to relax and watch animals. Nevertheless, you are quickly in the city for shopping or shopping. In 5 minutes you can find the Boca Grande peninsula, known for its shell beaches. There are 5 golf courses nearby and we can arrange very cheap boat rentals to explore the many peninsulas and the sea. The house was moved into on January 1st, 2015. All furniture, dishes, machines, bath towels, bed linen, mattresses etc. are newIt’s a quiet, upscale area with virtually zero crime. Ideal for relaxing family vacations, golf vacations, sailing trips, or as a starting point for round trips through Florida. (Orlando 2 hours, Miami 3 hours, Tampa 1 hour)Turtles, rabbits, squirrels, armadillos, raccoons, bald eagles and many water birds were spotted around the house. An alligator lives in the lake, which you can sometimes see swimming past.
