Newer Home Walking Distance to South Beach. Come stay in our New Spacious 3 bedroom plus den, 2 bathroom home. It is the perfect place to stay for your Marco Island paradise vacation. The home features an open floor plan with a fabulous Master Suite with King size bed, walk in closet and attached luxurious bath with 2 person walk in shower and tub with spa jets. One queen size bed in 1 guest room and 2 twins in 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast area which overlooks the pool, as well as a formal Dining Room. There are marble floors throughout the entire home. The Living Room has 12 foot sliders, out to the covered lanai with outdoor shower, then to the wonderful saltwater pool and spa. We have southern exposure which means you’ll have sun on the pool all day, yet shade on the lanai. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, BBQ, & pool toys are there for you to enjoy.Our home is in a great location, a quiet side street on the south end of Marco, a quick walk from 2 south beach entrances as well as many shops, restaurants and even the movie theater. You will have everything you need while staying at our house, just bring your bathing suit!
