The waterfall pool has a built in swim up bar. The patio features a built in BBQ with large patio covered area and outdoor furniture. WIFI and Cable TV is included. This home is located minutes from the Lake, several golf courses, restaurants, theaters, grocery stores and London Bridge. (Please note that for Holidays and Special Events the rental rates are higher.) New AC, no neighbors in back and on one side… very private.Pool is heated (for additional charge $75 for a weekend, $150 per week or $300 per month) Pool umbrella (shown) is in garage. This needs to be taken care of, we have bought (6 ), do not leave in the up position, the wind will break it. ( $60 charge for broken umbrella) Well behaved Dogs will be considered and potential renters agree to inspection before release of damage deposit. Pool cleaning happens on Mondays and Thursdays
