This townhouse features newer kitchen and bathrooms. There are newer hardwood floors thru out(no smelly wall to wall carpeting)! The townhouse is set back from Winslow Street with a 120 foot driveway and so it is incredibly quiet and private. .All windows have window treatmentsThere is a large deck in front of the townhouse. On this deck there is a large dining tablesix chairs, a small outdoor couch and a gas BBQ grill. In the back of the townhouse is another private area which is great for being alone or entertaining. The views from the bedrooms upstairs include the famous Provincetown Monument, playing fields and a cemetery(more quiet neighbors).There is parking for one car and if you need more the town has parking lots for a fee.One bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.The townhouse also has high speed wireless internet service, full size washer dryer, microwave and dishwasher.The whole townhouse is air conditioned with a split system.This system is quiet and each room has its own control.check in is after 3 pm but usually you can leave your belongings as early as 11 amcheck out before 10 amFor non summer weekly rentals, Most times, check in can be earlier check out much later just askI provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and washing soap.Summer rentals generally go Saturday to SaturdaySometimes I make exceptions but the rental would have to start or end on a Saturdayduring the off season rentals during the week can be for as little as one night. A 2 night minimum for weekends
