Charming downtown Boyne City is just a short walk with wonderful restaurants, shops and the farmer’s market. You can enjoy “Stroll the Streets” with entertainment and children’s activities every Friday night during the summer. If you like boating and fishing the public boat launch on Lake Charlevoix is less than a mile away.Boyne Mountain is a five-minute drive, with skiing, golfing, and the Avalanche Bay waterpark. The new Skybridge is the world’s longest timber tower suspension bridge, and the view is incredible!Our one bedroom Carriage House apartment sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper, which has a tempurpedic mattress. It has a well-stocked full-sized kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. Very clean one bathroom with one sink vanity and a shower. Off street parking with driveway for a boat and trailer. This Carriage House apartment is located above the owners two car garage, but it is very private with a separate entrance. There are stairs to the upper level. This apartment is smoke free, and no pets allowed.Grear for a summer and winter getaway!!
