Enjoy the calm sounds of the desert while basking in the sun in gorgeous Desert and Mountain views!This is a newly built 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom Casita with full size washer and dryer. This Casita backs up to the Usery Mountain Regional park with panoramic views of the Superstition Mountains. Just walk outside onto the state park trails for hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and take a short drive to several lakes. This home is on the second floor with its own separate exterior entrance. If you are wanting to stay in a quiet, safe home, this is the home for you!
