To say that this house is SPECTACULAR is an understatement. The house is located in the gated neighborhood of Compass Point, a short stroll to the famous Crabdaddy’s Seafood Bar & Grill, and the King & Prince Resort.The house is 4,200 sq feet and on the main level there is an open concept design featuring an oversized carrara marble island with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Gas cooktop, Bosch Fridge, first class appliances. Off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 and 5 barstools in the kitchen as well. Large living room with smart tv! Off the dining room is the master bedroom with 2 oversized closets and massive master bathroom. The master bedroom and living room both have their own access to the large deck overlooking the pool & marsh. Master bathroom has double vanities & large porcelain tub and a huge walk in shower. It is stunning.On the top level, there are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own unique feel and has been professionally decorated by a local interior designer. Two bedrooms upstairs share a jack & jill bathroom and the two bedrooms closests to the rear deck have their own private bathrooms.Outside, we have a massive pool that can be heated for $50 a day or for $300 for the week. We also have an outdoor seating area with a large TV, Traeger Grill, Ping Pong Table and Cornhole Games!
