It is around one block away from the apartment. The downtown area has activities and Ferry rides for both adults and children. Stepping outdoors, you can view the beach sand and Bay Area, which are approximately 100 yards away.Getting Around:You can walk to everything, bay, beach, bars, and restaurants.Other Things to Note:* We have an assigned garage parking for compact vehicles. The parking space is small and will fit up to a mid-size SUV. You can also do street parking but be mindful of street cleaning signs. Overnight parking is permitted in metered spaces but must be moved early in the morning.* Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.Interaction with Guests:I work 20 minutes away from the home if I’m needed for any sort of emergency please feel free to call anytime.
