This home offers convenient access to Squaw Valley USA, Alpine, Northstar, Donner Lake (5 min) and Lake Tahoe (20 min). Truckee/Tahoe has a plethora of winter and summer activities-It truly is a year round playground! Enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking and golf, and water sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and wake boarding, all within 5-15 minutes distance from the home. Take advantage of the Tahoe Donner private beach on Donner Lake, which offers water sport rentals, pier use and a family friendly sandy beach for swimming with the kids.Enter the home by walking up one flight of stairs to the front stone entry way and mud room-the front door leads to the main great room space. Highlights include new hardwood floors, a comfy L shaped couch and open concept kitchen and dining space. Two sliding glass doors lead to a second floor deck, complete with gas bbq and outdoor dining furniture.The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the same floor in the back of the home. Queen and bunk bedrooms share a bath equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. A king master suite boasts double vanity sinks and a stand up shower with a built in bench. A back deck is accessible through a slider off the bedroom and offers Adirondack chairs to enjoy the greenbelt views.Tahoe Donner offers many year round exceptional amenities. Offerings include a year round outdoor pool, spas, fitness center, classes, snow play area, kid’s camps and private beach at Donner Lake, to name a few (amenities are available for a daily fee $20 all-access day pass; kids 6 and under are free).
