Enjoy the local area as well – this low density resort is situated 3 minutes to the county pier for great fishing! It is also walking distance to Shipwreck Island Water Park! Don’t forget St. Andrews State Park. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You’re sure to see several dolphins along the way! If you just want lounge, beach chairs with umbrellas are available to rent from local beach service located on the white sandy beach behind the condo. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road!- No dog(s) are welcome in this home.- All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
