This is a recently renovated 1020s cottage is only 2 blocks from historic Prescott’s downtown courthouse square. The cottage has a large great room/kitchen combination with a flat screen TV with satellite, a sleeper sofa, comfortable window seat area, and electronic fireplace in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner gas range, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen. The refurbished bedroom contains a king bed and again a flat screen TV with satellite. There is WiFi throughout the house. The bathroom has been expanded to include both a vintage claw foot tub and a separate glass enclosed tile shower. There are hardwood floors throughout the house and tile in the bath. The front yard has a raised paver patio with table and chairs for outdoor entertainment. There is a gas BBQ available for tenant use as well as a utility room with stack washer/dryer.Historic Whiskey Row is only 2 blocks away. There you will find great shopping, wonderful restaurants, city sponsored courthouse square activities, and, naturally, the historic Whiskey Row bars.
