Whatever suits your fancy, it’s all there in Mission Beach.Mission Beach is conveniently located within walking distance of a plethora of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, and an amusement park, as well as a few short blocks away from city bus stops, and a convenient Uber/Lyft ride away from the rest of San Diego.Please check out our other listings for additional availability and occupancy, or feel free to send a note if you’re interested in booking multiple apartments for your stay for larger groups.Also, as an exception to the instant-book policy, we have very strict criteria around 1-night bookings so please check with us first before placing a booking for a 1-night stay.Please see our auto-reply that is sent to you immediately after you make a reservation as it will require a response within 24 hours.By booking this property, you are acknowledging that you have read and will abide by the Good Neighbor Policy outlined below.GENERALStandard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We will only accommodate those guests specified and no more above and beyond that number, especially due to municipal codes regarding occupancy.NOISE & GATHERINGSDue to the residential nature of our neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors in the same building, we have a strict policy against social gatherings or any other loud/disruptive activities, especially after 9pm. This also means no visitors (anyone not already accounted for in the booking and already staying here) at anytime.Our property manager lives nearby and he’s had to ask guests to leave in the past for throwing parties.OCCUPANCYPlease note the maximum occupancy and number of bedrooms specified in this listing. The maximum number of guests shall not exceed this number at all times.STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTSAirbnb does not have a mechanism for recurring charges, but as a benefit to both us and the guest, we do require a recurring cleaning of the unit to be scheduled once every 2-3 weeks at an additional cost equal to the original cleaning fee each time, and this would include cleaning of towels and linens.PARKINGParking details are specified in the Amenities section of this listing. If there is no reserved parking, please observe all posted parking restrictions when utilizing public parking. Public parking is available on the streets as well as in four public lots nearby but there are no reserved spots on the premises.TRASH & RECYCLINGUse blue bins for recycling, green bins for food waste, and black bins for everything else.INFANTS & BABIESThe space is listed as child-friendly because we’ve gotten a lot of requests from families with infants who want to stay with us. We’d be happy to host those groups, but unfortunately, we do not have cribs or pack and plays or any bedding of that nature available for use, so please bear that in mind if it is a requirement for you.OTHERWe strive to ensure that all of our guests have the best experience staying with us but we understand that accidents may happen. If, during your stay, anything accidentally breaks (e.g., a wine glass, photo frame, vase, etc.), please let us know right away so we can be sure to properly deep clean it after your departure. This is primarily for the safety of the next guest who will arrive after you and we generally won’t charge you any amount of the security deposit for small items or decor, so please don’t hesitate to let us know. We really appreciate it!CITY REGULATIONSThe City noise limits pursuant to Municipal Code sections 59.5.0401 and 59.5.0501, and remedies available to the City to address and enforce violations, including the issuance of individual administrative citations in an amount up to $1,000 to each guest and to the host. Upon a failure to vacate by the expiration of the occupancy term, guests may be deemed trespassers and may be subject to removal by relevant authorities Pursuant to Chapter 5, Article 1, Division 10 of the Municipal Code, if the police are called to address public peace, health, safety, or general welfare issues, guests may be responsible for the cost of the police response.
