There is an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. This is a pet friendly condo!This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.The condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable, and you can either watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or find yourself daydreaming watching the waves roll in!The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four or dine on the balcony to soak in the views!The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen HD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Also, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so the unit can accommodate up to 6 people.
