A large five-seat island with a beautiful marble countertop makes for a great gathering spot in the center of the room. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, complete with a large wood dining room table with seating for 8+. There is a powder room located on this level as well.The dining room, kitchen and living area all open up to a triple-paned moving glass wall that you can open partially or completely to the spacious deck with gorgeous mountain views, which doubles the size of your living area. The deck is complete with a dining table for 8+, seating, and a gas grill.The living room features a spacious sectional couch for everyone to snuggle in front of the large gas fireplace. A flat screen SmartTV provides guests with a variety of entertainment options. For your safety, there are security camera at the front and back door.Upstairs, guests will relax in a king bed and a full and twin bed tucked under the eaves…. perfect for a small family, and the kids will love it! There are head-in parking spaces in the front for at least 3 vehicles, and 1 parking space in the back at the alley way. The bus stop is also within walking distance.
