Quiet country setting with Mountain Views, a fire pit for viewing the stars and a gathering area for outdoor activities. A small creek runs through the property. Near Boone, Valle Crucis, Sugar Grove, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock, where you will find lots of quaint shops and a plethora of dining venues. A short distance to skiing, tubing, biking , hiking , state parks, shopping, lakes, canoeing, swimming, zip lining, climbing courses, horseback riding and gem mining. Also convenient to many restaurants and markets. Convenient to Appalachian State sporting and cultural events. There are several Christmas tree farms nearby. The surrounding yard is for your enjoyment only. The adjacent 2 story building is for storage (not for occupancy). The house is easily accessed via about a 2 inch rise from the driveway to the porch and no steps to that entrance, only a threshold.
