Newly Remodeled Villa – 2 Bed 2.5 Bath Coligny Villa Close To Beach and PlazaThis freshly renovated villa has all new kitchen complete with granite counters and fullsize appliances. Updated with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor.Everything you need is here including the “HH Island Rentals Advantage” including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.Bedroom 1 – King Bed, Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen Bed 2-Twin bunkbeds. Villa has full-sized washer and dryer, outdoor patio, outdoor patio with gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals. All linens, towels and starter soaps are included. Pets are allowed with $195 Pet Fee, limit of 2 dogs with weight under 25lbs/each, must have all shots and flea treatments. NOTE – PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COURTYARD OFF THE BACK PATIO. ANY FINES ASSESSED AGAINST THE OWNER FOR A PET IN THE COURTYARD AREA WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE GUEST. ALL PETS MUST REMAIN OUT OF THE COURTYARD AREA AND BE EXERCISED AND WALKED IN THE PARKING AREA OR OUTSIDE OF THE COMPLEX.You can walk to almost everything you need. 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and 5-7 minutes to the beach. There are free shuttle carts that run around the area as well. Most people prefer to just get on a bike to get around.Enjoy the community Pool in the courtyard to relax after a day at the beach.SUMMER HIGH SEASON RENTALS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT IS SATURDAY ONLY.
