Our 1950’s Merbert Creek Cottage is just 4 miles to Suttons Bay and 10 miles to downtown Traverse City. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is the perfect “Northern Michigan Getaway”. A great location to gather after a long day at the beach, shopping or exploring the surrounding area. Minutes away from several highly recommended local wineries, shops, and beautiful beaches.You will be directly on the TART Trail which is not only great for biking, but also a wonderful walking trail. This property is sure to please everyone traveling to our area!The cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin-sized bunk bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hallway bathroom.Amenities include: Gas grill, custom black walnut dining table, exterior deck, Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, wine fridge, dishwasher, washer & dryer, flat screen TV(s).Don’t miss out on booking this beautiful cottage. 5 night minimum during June, July and August vacations, 3 night minimum for the rest of the year. Check in is 4pm and check out time is 10am unless other arrangements have been made.
