Built in 1930, this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage was the home of Catherine Grantham, Ms Cat, for 54 years. Ms Cat was a staple in the Brooklyn neighborhood and greeted everyone that walked by her front porch. This newly renovated cottage has all of the comforts of home and has thoughtfully been furnished to highlight our coastal living. Located in the historic Brooklyn Arts District, you are only steps away from breweries, awesome eateries, bottle shops and much more.1. No parties or events2. No pets3. No smoking/vaping4. No unregistered guests. Maximum property capacity is 6.5. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms6. No illegal substances allowed on premises7. No rearranging of the furniture8. No loud music. Please respect the noise curfew of 9pm.9. If anything breaks, alert us immediately10. Clean up spills and crumbs11. Double check for left behind belongings. This includes the removal of all groceries and beverages brought in.12. Please do not makes beds. Remove pillows from pillowcases and strip linens. Place all dirty bed linens on floor in front of laundry closet upon checkout.13. Please place all dirty bath linens on floor in front of laundry closet upon checkout.14. Load dirty dishes in dishwasher upon checkout.15. Please discard of all trash in outside trash can before leaving. Trash is picked up on Monday.16. If you have had a spray tan, please provide your own linens.17. Please turn off lights when away.
