This charming 2-bedroom/2-bathroom 1st floor condo is in the beautiful Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is known for being a quiet family beach in a prime location! This property offers an oceanfront pool with sun deck, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower. You are just steps from the beach!Life’s A Beach Villa was just remodeled with a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and a flat screen television with cable. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen television with cable. Each bedroom has generous closet space equipped with hangers and a laundry basket to meet your needs. Linens are provided for both bedrooms. Towels and washcloths for up to 6 guests are provided for both bathrooms. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan to use on the beach. There is a high efficiency washer & dryer in the condo. Dish soap and laundry detergent are not provided so please bring these items with you. We supply a starter set of paper products, but guests should bring their own toiletries. We will provide 2 rolls of starter toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Parking passes will be available in the unit with your welcome information. Parking passes are required June through August and holiday weekends.
