Split living plan provides common areas for the adults upstairs and children downstairs. Our house has 125′ of lakefrontNOTE – many rental homes near us hide the fact that they only have lake access, they are NOT on the lake. If you want to enjoy your morning coffee, evening drinks, s’mores in a lakeside fire, and launching our water toys, nothing, beats a lake house!Location is 3 Miles to Okemo’s base area and 12 miles to the Killington Skyship GondolaThe main level offers a comfortable gathering space for meals or to kick up your feet in on the deck watching the lake or in front of the stone gas fireplace. Downstairs game room is perfect to indulge in a fun game of foosball or just watch TV. Located on a quiet country lane, convenient to route 100, 5 minutes to Okemo and 20 minutes to Killington, this is a charming property to enjoy with family & friends during any season!Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a queen bed, the fourth has two sets of built in bunk beds(sleeps 4). Upper level bathroom is a full tub w/shower, lower level shower only. Den has a queen sofabed. Note that the house actually sleeps 12, but we think 10 is the maximum size and offers flexibility.Newly renovated kitchen thoughtfully stocked for ease of cooking and eating.Outdoor amenities include gas BBQ, Lakeside firepit, kayaks (3), Paddleboards (3), paddle boat, and Sunfish sailboat. Indoor amenities are spacious kitchen, fireplace, new comfortable beds & bedding, entire house newly furnished.your Family Friendly, Lakefront-Adventure Awaits!Water toys -Our house comes with the unlimited use of our water toy collection:3 single Kayaks3 SUPs (Stand up Paddleboards)1 two person paddle boat1 sunfish sailboat
