We are located within 10 minutes of pier park and have views of both piers for firework displays 4th of July and New Year’s Eve. There are two pools on property- heated in winter, gym and sauna. It is very easy to access this unit with plenty of parking underneath building and an overflow covered parking garage across the street with a breezeway to safely get into the building from across the street.***This unit comes with 2 complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella.
