The lush back yard is wonderful for family barbecues and outdoor fun. The property is only a 5 minute walk to Surf Drive Beach or Main St. and only minutes to the Shining Sea Bike Path along Vineyard Sound and the ferry to get to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
