I and my wife has been working on it for sometimes to make sure that our guests enjoy it and feel like home.It s located in Back Cove. It s very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Yet, it s just few miles from downtown. There is a small playground ideal for guests who have small children as they can see them playing from our deck and popular local ice cream.it s just a few miles to downtown, whole food, Hannaford, Trader Joe, back bay ( most of popular place Portlanders go jogging), and many more local restaurants.New different keypad will be given to guest ahead check in (last 4 digit of guest phone number). Our guests have complete access to the whole apartment and deck ( grill is available just let us know ahead). There is a 58 samsung 4k smart tv with Netflix, amazon prime, and HBO. High speed internet. There are 2-4 off street parking spots and more on street.I would like to give my guests space but will be always available via Airbnb, call, or text if they have any questions or concerns before and during their stay.
