Newly Renovated Close to Downtown & Thumb ButteWelcome to our second Air BnB, A Peaceful Place #2! Our spacious and cozy home is located a mile to Thumb Butte and is a short 6 minute drive to Courthouse Plaza. Prescott offers so much to keep you busy, from numerous trails you can hike, bike, run or trail ride, to many lakes to visit, kayak or fish. Prescott’s historic downtown is something you won’t want to miss also.The spaceA Peaceful Place #2 is our second Air BnB purchased last year and renovated extensively. This home was previous owned and loved on for over 50 years by the same family which leads to lots of character added over the years. We have updated most of it but have a few more projects to tackle in the next year. We wanted to be able to offer it to guests now as it’s the perfect time of year to visit beautiful Prescott!Our home is 2000 sq feet with a very large great room which includes the dining room, family room, kitchen and sunroom. We have 3 bedrooms which sleep 8 people and 2 bathrooms. Out back, there is a nice covered porch with table and chairs and a BBQ for your use. Out front, there is a little table you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cute little wishing well.Our neighborhood is a very safe and quiet. We ask that NO parties or gatherings are thrown here or loud talking outside after 10pm to be respectful to the neighbors. Our neighbors will inform us if the appearance of a party/gathering is happening!Pets: We do allow dogs in this house but ask that if you leave the home that your dog is in the crate that we provide in the laundry room. The backyard is fenced to keep your dogs safe but there are critters that roam the area so we suggest never letting them out at dusk/dark unattended. Please do not let dogs on furniture and also clean up their mess outside before checking out. If excess hair/mess is on furniture, beds, etc we will send a request for additional funds to cover extra time in cleaning fees.Living a healthy life is important to us so we clean with organic non-toxic cleaners and hope that you appreciate that. We also do not allow smoking in the house or on the property… this is a NON-SMOKING property.Guest accessWe have a long driveway that can accommodate 1-3 vehicles.
