Newly renovated condoOceanview condo located in the popular Shore Drive areaLocated on the 2nd floor with new keyless entry lock and it has 924 Sq feet.We have a Master bedroom with a queen bed that fits 2 and the second bedroom has bunkbeds and one twin bed so it can sleep 3.There is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can fit 2.Kitchen has a new stainless-steel microwave, new stove, and new stainless-steel dishwasher.The living room has a new 55″ Hanging TV .In addition, there is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen.We also have a large 11×11 deck off the kitchen that has seating and ocean views.Our condo is located directly across from the ocean.Our complex has 2 beautiful inground pools.NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO ALLOWEDOne parking pass is provided at the Condo Complex
