Description

We are centrally located and close to everything!! The beach and boardwalk are a short six block walk or a quick bike ride, right up the street. Two blocks to the Asbury Avenue stores and restaurants. Only a short walk to the bay to watch an amazing sunset or to take a walk or a run over the 9th street bridge. There is a driveway for one vehicle and usually plenty of available off street parking. The garage is available for you to store your bikes, surfboards and beach gear.Primary renter MUST be 25 years or older and present during entire stay to rent, no senior week, no pets, no emotional support animals.We provide up to 4 beach tags for adults. There will be a charge for any unreturned beach tags.Guests must provide their own towels, sheets and linens. We do not provide paper products and toiletries you must bring your own.
