Private lakefront beach with sandy bottom on the property as well as a hoist for your boat, and complimentary pedal pontoon, two paddle boards, and two kayaks. Quiet neighborhood south of Higgins lake, ideal for families with kids. The house is newly renovated, including new floor, appliances, and furniture. The house does not have AC, but there are ceiling and window fans in every room.
