This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it’s own bathtub/shower.This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.
