This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!Upstairs unit has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living area with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen.Large balcony is accessible from this unit, which includes a BBQ and seating area..Washer and dryer is available on the side of the house.The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it’s own bathtub/shower and the upstairs has an extra full bath making it 3 bedrooms with 4 baths, including a jacuzzi bathtub in the master.This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.
