Laurel Woodside is a 10 acre secluded property adjacent to the famous Shenandoah National Park. This property offers a rare chance for privacy on a mostly wooded site that provides natural screening from neighbors. Only a five minute drive to shopping and restaurants in downtown Luray, and 10 minutes to the Thornton Gap entrance to Skyline Drive. There are several wineries and a distillery nearby. Also easy access to the Shenandoah River for tubing, canoeing, kayaking or fishing.This 100+ year old property has been completely renovated while staying true to the farmhouse vernacular. On our property you can enjoy hiking, wildlife viewing, mountain biking and relaxing on the front porch swing. We have a fire pit with plenty of wood available for your use. Guests are welcome to our library of DVDs, board games and books. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home.See more
